Hello and welcome aboard our CTMH 'White Pines' Australasian Close to My Heart Blog Hop. If you have arrived here from Jo's CTMH Classroom then you are in the right place. If you landed here by accident, no problem, please read and join in by following the link at the end of this post. The hop is a circle so keep hopping using the links at the end of each post.

Our 'White Pines Palette' has a beautiful paper pack with all the colours for Christmas and it looks great for Christmas but it can also be used for any themed photos or craft.....The compliments and assortments that match really well are Christmas themed ...the hard work is done for you! The White Pines products are available for a limited time....31st December 2015....

There ideas and projects are endless with this paper pack and assortments. The first idea I used the stamp set from the WOTG cardmaking kit and incorporated the stamp  from the WOTG scrapbooking kit. I continued the idea of the step card from the 'Urban' Blog hop. If you need the instructions for the step card then look at the previous post.
I also have fallen in love with these little bags and matching cards and they look delightful as a Christmas set.....These have become a popular class.
AND then my most wonderful piece of work.....A roses Wreath. I love the rolled roses and make them all the time for projects.....but I had never attempted a 'big' one. The wonderful Lisa Stenz had showcased one and I just had to make it. It is WOW! It makes a 12 inch wreath and could be a centre piece on a table or on a wall or the door.
Just get the paper pack and start working...there are so many possibilities. Thanks for sharing my artwork....have fun with this paper pallette.

CTMH Australasian 'Urban' Blog Hop

Hello and welcome aboard our CTMH 'Urban' Australasian Close to My Heart Blog Hop. If you have arrived here from Leah Cameron's Corner then you are in the right place. Our Urban palette has a beautiful paper pack with so much grunge and distressed artwork...great for the guys in our lives or the outdoor.....with compliments and assortments that match really well ...the hard work is done for you! and is  available throughout the life of our Annual Inspirations Idea book....August 2016....
Our Annual ideas book is full of wonderful projects to complete with this great product.
The Urban paper pack speaks "BOY" to me....when you look at it first glance, so that's what I was thinking when I created this card.   I partnered this distressed paper with another great new product....a stamp set for guys or the little guys in our life.....Stamp set C1623 'Loads of Fun'. I used it for a card. I love the price and ease of our blank card bulk packs but was wanting a folded card. I adapted the plain card to a side step card with a cut and a few score lines....it looks great and the technique was simple.

The images are stamped with slate ink on Saffron card stock which is included in the Urban paper pack and then cut out with our micro tip fine scissors

The white card is covered with Sapphire cardstock and then a piece of the Urban paper is used to give the texture.

The stamped images are adhered with 3D foam tape and finished off with some embellishments...embossed metal badge buttons (clearance)..... on the wheels.

The side step card was simple to make
.....cut down the length of the card....across the fold at 2.75 inches....starting at 1.5 inches and stop cutting 1.5 inches from end

then score from edge to middle cut at 1.3 and 2.75 and then turn around and flip over so all score marks are on the same edge and score again at the same measurements.

Use this to make any side step card that fits our bulk card envelopes.

CTMH November 'Cheers 2016' Stamp of the Month

Hello and welcome aboard our Stamp of the month Australasian Close to My Heart Blog Hop. If you
have arrived here from Leah Cameron's Page  then you are in the right place. If you landed here by accident, no problem, please join in by following the link at the end of this post.

November's Stamp of the Month S1511.....'Cheers 2016'......  is available exclusively throughout November only.... for just $27 or for $7.50 when you spend $75. There are about 20 individual stamps in this set and they are along the New Year/ Graduation theme so they are just wonderful and will help you celebrate 2016 or any students graduating and setting Big goals for 2016. This stamp set has so many possibilities so check out all the posts for loads of ideas for cards and scrapbook pages.

During the past years I often spent time with my children helping them plan for a new year and set some goals. It always helps to have a focus. Many of you will have students who are ready to close out this year and set a focus for 2016. Maybe you want to set a goal for yourself too. This little booklet is more than a card and provides spaces to set some goals and add a photo or 2. The idea can also be used in an album. I love the ruled lines for journalling...so many options

The project is simple......cut a piece of cardstock.....6" x 12" and score at 4" and 8''....you now have a tri-fold card. Play and decorate as desired. I used the black and white from LaVie En paper pack and cut a variety of tags and pockets. Rounding the corners adds to the project and texture can be added with the journalling pen...dots and dashes look great

Have fun creating your own colour scheme and design.

"Cheers 2016" Stamp of the Month is only available until 30th November from Wendy Hopper your CTMH consultant. I'd love you to leave a comment and follow my blog before heading off to the next stop. Check out ....Anne's Ideas....Mummy you made This?
